Our counseling sessions ensure you can have the mental health resources necessary to heal, build your support system, and reconnect with happiness.

insurance i accept

Currently, I accept United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, and TriWest for insurance. For individuals with private insurance, you should contact your insurance provider about reimbursement for counseling services. You may be able to be reimbursed for counseling services if you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Plan (HSA). Upon request, Convenient Colorado Counseling is happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider.

Pricing

I want to ensure my counseling services are as accessible as possible, so each 50-minute private-pay counseling session is $130-$150. At Convenient Colorado Counseling, all sessions are billed through Stripe unless we’ve discussed and agreed on another option. If we’ve agreed on Stripe, we will bill following each session. To make payment as easy as possible for you, I accept all major credit cards as payment for counseling services.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and facilities must determine if an individual has health insurance coverage at the time of scheduling or upon request. Suppose an individual has no plan, coverage, or intent to file a claim. In that case, the provider must give the person a good faith estimate of expected charges, including non-emergency items and services.

Make sure to get a written good faith estimate at least one business day before your medical service or purchase and save a copy. Before scheduling a purchase or service, you can also ask for a good faith estimate. You can file a dispute if you receive a bill at least $400 more than your good faith estimate.

If you have questions or want more information about your right to a good faith estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
